Who knew you could do this sort of stuff with paper? The best use I have for it is drawing. And even that is a questionable use of it. I like it because it has an astonishing transient quality. It’s only paper so if anything happens to it, well it’s pretty much hosed. But at the same time it is imortalized in memory which although fickle is still more permanent, and far more rich, and the object itself. Which seems to be a much better ‘definition’ of art, I think.
