Neat tricks abound @ LifeHacker

We’ve all been around the net and everyone has their “Top Ten Things To Save/Regain/Expand” your life. But I like a little site called LifeHacker {lifehacker.com}, because it has all sorts of neat little articles about small things you can do to improve your life.

For myself I like to post to forum boards and other online stuff.  And if you do it with images there is a strange little dance you have to do, if you want to be a good net-itizen and do it without hotlinking, where you download the image, upload the image somewhere, copy the new url, paste it into the board post.  Whew.  That’s a lotta work.  Well the fine folks at LifeHacker found a way to help with that.  The service is called imgred (for Image Redirect).  You can read more about it here: Embed an image without hotlinking. {lifehacker.com}
